Computer Setup
We can help you with your initial setup of a new computer. We will install antivirus and antispyware software to help keep viruses and spyware off of the computer, update the operating system, optimize startup and shutdown, remove unwanted programs and trial software, setup a recovery disk, and set up user accounts.
Hard Drive
In the event that you experience a hard drive crash, please do not panic. Simply contact us and we will do our best to recover your hard drive and the files contained on it. A hard drive crash does not automatically mean that all is lost. More often than not, we will be able to recover your missing data.
When it comes time to upgrade to a new computer we can transfer your files from the old hard drive to the new one, so you do not lose anything important. We can also make sure the old hard drive is completely clean of your personal data and will dispose of it properly.
Slow Computer
A slow running computer does not necessarily mean that you have a virus. If you feel like your computer could use a "speed up", then we can clean it up and get it running smoother.
Virus Removal
If you believe that your comuter has a virus it is best to get it removed immediately. Delaying the removal of a computer virus can result in data loss and data security issues. We can help diagnose whether or not you have a computer virus. After the removal we will test your computer and ensure that the virus is gone. We are also happy to recommend which antispyware would best to fit your needs, so it does not happen again!

Wireless Setup
Having a secure wireless setup can help prevent others from stealing condifential data from your computer. We will setup your wireless router with a secure connection so that outside sources cannot access it. We can also install wireless adapters and setup any additional wireless devices (such as printers). If you already have a wireless router and think it is unsecure we can perform a maintenance check and perform any necessary services.
